Important tenant information:

• Rent is withdrawn automatically each month

• Property Manager on call 24/7 in case of Emergencies

Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM. For emergencies after these hours, our tenants call our office number at 250-334-9900 and the call will be paged to one of our property managers. We provide a 24-hour call-out service so that if you have an after-hours emergency, we can respond immediately. 

If you wish to apply for one of our listed properties, you will be required to complete our Tenant Application together with the Disclosure for Residential Properties in compliance with The Real Estate Council of BC.
